By accessing or participating in The Credit Heist ("the Game," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not access or participate in the Game.
The Credit Heist is an alternate reality game and educational experience focused on financial literacy, credit building, and debt elimination strategies. The Game provides missions, briefings, and community participation opportunities. No content provided constitutes legal, tax, or financial advice.
You must be at least 18 years of age to participate. By registering, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate and truthful.
Financial outcomes vary based on individual circumstances, effort, and external factors. We make no guarantee regarding credit score improvements, debt elimination, or any other financial result. Testimonials and case studies reflect individual experiences and are not promises of future performance.
You agree not to misuse the Game, attempt to disrupt its operation, violate applicable law, or harass other participants. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for conduct that violates these Terms.
All content, branding, missions, and materials within the Game are the property of The Credit Heist or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute Game content without prior written permission.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Credit Heist and its affiliates are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your participation in the Game or reliance on any information provided.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Game after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. The effective date below reflects the most recent revision.
